Deadline Extended for British Composer Awards 2010

The 8th annual British Composer Awards is extending the deadline for submissions in the Contemporary Jazz Composition category to Friday 30th July. Eligible works must have received a UK premiere between 1 April 2009 and 31 March 2010, be composed by a UK composer and contain improvisation as an essential element. 100 Club Memorial Concert for Campbell Burnap

A concert will be held in memory of Campbell Burnap at the 100 Club from 11.30am to 3.00pm on Sunday 22nd November 2009. Popular broadcaster and musician Cambell Burnap died of pancreatic cancer in 2008.
