Jazz Services is assisted in its work by panels and committees:

• General Advisory Panel meeting bi-annually to review and help plan the company's operations
• Education Advisory Panel
• UK Jazz Forum Steering Group
• Touring Panel that meets four times a year to select bands and assist in running a and evaluating all areas of touring operations inlcuding the National Touring Support Scheme, Recording Support Scheme and the Jazz Promoter's Scheme.
